  • Balance, detachment from results

  • “All actions that I do through body, by speech, by my mind, by my senses, by my intellect, because of my inate nature and on account of acquired habits, I offer to the Highest Force.”

This mantra promotes a balance of action and inaction, detachment from results, and self-discipline by controlling negative emotions. Through recitation of this mantra, joy and fulfillment are found in the action itself, rather than the anticipated results.

Sattvika-Tyaga is often chanted at the end of a devotional practice.
